We run Retreats throughout the year with venues around the country. You can join a group to share the experiences and gain great benefit from other’s people’s input or a solo experience like no other.

Businesses Retreats: You can have your own Esprit Awayday tailored to meet your specific needs, at a venue to suit your requirements. Getting away from the workplace and taking time to share your views and ideas with each other can give huge benefits to you as leader and your business.

Personal Retreats: You can choose to your own Esprit Retreat where you use the time in whatever way you find most helpful, focusing on the things that really matter the most to you.

We use locations around the country, to meet your needs for ease of access and suitability. Each venue provides an inspiring and tranquil atmosphere. One of our favourites is the lovely Linthwaite House Hotel, overlooking Lake Windermere.  Here you will find luxury, beautiful tranquillity and a peaceful atmosphere to encourage you to relax and tap into the inspiring surroundings of the Lake District.
